All sales are final. Exchange only return policy.

Customs fees and other import duties and applicable laws are the buyer's responsibility.

if an order is damaged or mishandled due to an error by our shipping company, we will gladly process a claim within 30 days from the shipping date

Items may be returned* within 14 calendar days from the shipping date at the buyer's expense for a full refund minus shipping costs.

*Returns must be authorized with our Returns Department: sales@dorightmusic.com before they are sent to us.
